Who is Mr. Blank?

I have been fortunate to be a teacher at Kinard since it's inaugural year.  I enjoy bringing science to life and getting young learners excited about the wonders of the world.  I have been teaching now for 20 years following a shorter career in the environmental engineering world.  I always knew I was meant to teach and found my way into education through a program called Project Promise at CSU.

 

I am blessed to have a wonderful wife Melissa and two sons, Nate and Erik. Nate will be graduating from college in Minnesota this winter and Erik is a junior at Whitworth University in Spokane, WA. 

 

In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors, travel, camping, hiking, golfing, and occasionally slowing down enough to enjoy a good book.
